We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligible Items
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and included components must be returned.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- Items returned after the 30-day window.
- Digital products or downloadable software.
How to Return
- Email us at support@qdd-store.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
